This role is focused on driving in-store execution excellence and strengthening retail presence across assigned territories. You will build strong relationships with retail partners while ensuring optimal product visibility, availability, and promotional execution at the point of sale. The position plays a key role in translating commercial strategies into impactful on-ground sales performance. You will actively support product launches, merchandising standards, and promotional campaigns to maximize sell-out and brand visibility. Working in a dynamic field environment, you will track performance indicators, report market activities, and identify opportunities for growth. This is a hands-on, target-driven role suited for someone who thrives in customer-facing sales environments and enjoys working in the field.
Accountabilities:- Drive in-store execution by ensuring strong product visibility, availability, and adherence to merchandising standards across assigned retail outlets.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities to maximize sales impact and support brand objectives at the point of sale.
- Coordinate the placement, execution, and tracking of sales materials and promotional assets in retail environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to support product performance and market penetration.
- Track and report field activities, sales performance, and market insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Support the execution of sales strategies by ensuring alignment between field operations and business goals.
- Contribute to improving retail execution standards and identifying opportunities for sales growth in assigned territories.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and retail execution principles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to monitor performance indicators.
- Highly motivated, persistent, and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment and manage multiple retail accounts effectively.
