In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and owning the full sales cycle in a competitive automotive SaaS environment. You will build and manage your pipeline while consistently executing outbound prospecting strategies to generate opportunities and close deals.
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound outreach including calls, email, and social selling to automotive dealerships.
- Engage key decision-makers such as General Managers, Dealer Principals, and ownership groups to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct structured discovery calls and product demonstrations focused on measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing, ensuring strong deal progression.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce and related sales tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets in a performance-driven environment.
This role requires a strong hunter mentality, proven SaaS sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a high-activity, outbound-focused environment. You should be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex dealership sales cycles.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience in SaaS or CRM solutions targeting automotive dealerships.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing deals in a high-volume sales environment.
- Strong cold-calling ability with confidence in engaging and influencing decision-makers.
- Excellent discovery, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to communicate ROI and business value in a clear, compelling way.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable for both activity and results.

- Experience with dealership operations or automotive retail is a plus.
