We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining work-life balance!

Hybrid | Nashville, TN (The Nations) – 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly cash journal entries for company bank accounts
  • Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations for cash, fixed assets, AP/Accrued Liabilities, and prepaids
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations monthly
  • Analyze profit and loss statements for assigned locations
  • Support Senior Accountants with integration of new clinics
  • Propose and process adjusting journal entries (accruals, reclasses, etc.)
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and system/process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting
  • Participate in audits and special projects as needed
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Desire to grow in a high-growth, dynamic environment

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
