Responsible to CMG Revenue Cycle Admin

The Patient Accounts Systems Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the Billing Team members’ daily activities and performance; Is the primary billing and follow-up trainer for the team; Works billing and collection queues as assigned; Acts as a liaison between the patients and their respective insurance companies; Develops, implements and modifies workflows, as needed, with department leaders to ensure accurate billing processes; Works to ensure departmental goals are met; Maintains compliance with policies and procedures; Fosters effective public relations with patients and the public.
