Position Summary

We're looking for an IT Finance Analyst who will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting our financial systems - with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA FICO.

Your Role

• Design and configure end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions according to business needs
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
• Participate in project delivery: solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
• Provide user support and enhancements for SAP FI/CO
• Support additional Finance tools such as Basware (AP), Concur (Travel & Expense), and planning/consolidation systems
• Troubleshoot issues across systems, data, and processes
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Operations, and other functional teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices and design standards
• Contribute to high-quality project execution and continuous service improvement

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in IT
• 5+ years working with SAP S/4HANA Financials, including hands-on configuration
• 2+ years of full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation, including New GL
• Solid experience across SAP FI & CO: GL/New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes
• Experience in virtual and international environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• SAP S/4HANA FICO certification
• Knowledge of Basware, Concur, or other financial applications
• Familiarity with SOX methodology
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as Project and Visio
• Ability to lead projects and support non-SAP applications
