About This Position
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be
responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, coupled with
excellent problem-solving, analytic-thinking, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders and team members.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead cross-functional projects through planning, execution, and delivery
- Lead NPD projects through early concept development, engineering phases, testing, and product launch
- Assist with analysis and business intelligence activities related to new product introductions
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resource coordination
- Drive PMO governance, documentation, reporting, and project health updates
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across teams
- Coordinate work across engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and marketing
- Support regulatory, quality, and manufacturing readiness for new products
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions
- Excellent decision-making abilities, with a focus on prioritization and risk management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to translate complex engineering or manufacturing information into clear actions, timelines, and project requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field with business or project management exposure
- 1-3 Years of previous experience or internships in manufacturing, project engineering, project management or related fields is advantageous
