Job Description
Assistant Property Manager
B&B Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager. The job will be located in the 800 Oak Ridge Turnpike building.
Duties include:
- Inspection of properties
- Directing maintenance crews and staff
- Directing cleaning vendors
- Directing landscaping vendors and activities
- Interaction with and maintenance of relationships with tenants
- Advertising and promoting properties to tenants and realtors, and
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
