B&B Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager. The job will be located in the 800 Oak Ridge Turnpike building.

Duties include:

• Inspection of properties
• Directing maintenance crews and staff
• Directing cleaning vendors
• Directing landscaping vendors and activities
• Interaction with and maintenance of relationships with tenants
• Advertising and promoting properties to tenants and realtors, and
• Other duties as assigned from time to time
