We are looking to hire and onboard a new hire as soon as we find the right person for the job. Exciting work awaits! Where: Our office hub location of Palo Alto or New York City. You will be required to be in office 1-2 days per week in alignment with our office work policy.Why: As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead high-impact product marketing initiatives end-to-end, from defining the problem and shaping strategy through execution and delivery. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, bringing structure to ambiguity, anticipating stakeholder needs, and raising the bar for how we position and bring products to market. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong point of view and proactively shapes better outcomes. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing.How (to land the job!): Our interview process includes an initial recruiter conversation, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and cross-functional partners, and a practical exercise to showcase your approach to product marketing strategy and execution.

The base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on a number of factors including the candidate’s working location.

The day-to-day:
- Define messaging for new products and features that effectively communicates our value proposition and positions Spotnana as a leader in the travel technology space
- Build high-quality, polished sales tools and lead field enablement sessions that help our sales, account management, and partner support teams effectively pitch our products and articulate our differentiators
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Work closely with our channel partners to help them sell and market our products by providing messaging, sales tools, and training
- Communicate Spotnana’s groundbreaking new capabilities through our website, blogs, release notes, webinars, videos, and events
- Partner with other marketing team members to ensure we tell impactful stories and effectively communicate our value propositions in our marketing materials
- Drive go-to-market alignment across our product, marketing, sales, and account management teams, proactively managing timelines, scope, and cross-functional dependencies
- Independently define scope, success metrics, and execution plans for key initiatives, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving problem spaces
- Proactively identify cross-functional and stakeholder needs, surfacing gaps and opportunities early
- Contribute beyond assigned projects by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, elevate team output, and raise the overall bar for quality
Skills & qualities we value:
- 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience; partner marketing experience is a plus
- Curious and a fast learner, able to quickly come up to speed quickly on our industry, products, and processes
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Passion for storytelling, a talent for creating high quality, polished deliverables with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and develop strong cross-functional partnerships across product, design, sales, and account management teams
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal direction, from problem definition through execution
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations
- Proactive operator who effectively manages timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities
- Comfortable forming and expressing a clear point of view, asking thoughtful questions, and constructively challenging assumptions
- Strong design and user experience instincts, with a sharp eye for clarity and quality
- Ability to drive work forward with urgency and ownership, without waiting for direction
- Experience working in enterprise B2B SaaS or platform-oriented companies is a major plus.
- Passion for travel and a desire to make global mobility simpler and more delightful for everyone.
