Client Account Associate at Isaiah House – Willisburg, Kentucky

Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Client Account Associate at our Willisburg, Kentucky Campus. Isaiah House is a faith-based, nonprofit with a competitive edge, delivering one of the most effective substance use disorder treatment facilities in the state of KY.

The Client Account Associate is responsible for assisting our clients in obtaining Medicaid and SNAP benefits. The person in this role will execute the day-to-day processes necessary for maintaining and renewing said benefits as required as well as processing bimonthly EBT transactions, ultimately ensuring that the department operates at peak efficiency.

• Monitor Teams feeds for client’s status update logs/rosters/DCBS accordingly
• Communicate with revenue department via e-mail
• Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to client/case inquiries
• Accurately complete Medicaid and SNAP applications
• Scan Files into EMR system
• Receive and process daily mail, providing any requested documentation as needed
• Activate and securely store EBT cards
• Travel to Washington County DCBS is required.
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of high school diploma, GED
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid Ky Driver’s License
• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills. These skill can be trained upon hire.
• Prefer experience working with various funding streams
