Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead complex, community-focused projects across our construction and development portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who drives work forward, leads well, and exercises sound judgment in fast-moving, often ambiguous environments.
You’ll own projects end to end — from planning through close-out — working closely with development, finance, operations, consultants, and site teams to move projects forward collaboratively.
This role calls for strong leadership, no ego, and the ability to influence across all levels, from trades to senior executives. If you enjoy solving complex problems, taking ownership, and delivering projects that matter to communities, you’ll fit well here

- Salary: $160,000–$185,000, depending on experience
