About the role

COSTA SOLUTIONS LLC is currently searching for qualified applicants to fill warehouse openings. Our company provides unloading, sanitation services and general labor for a prominent local business.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• The Warehouse Sanitation Worker maintains a clean safe work environment to include all company property; inside and outside company premises, equipment and keep grounds in an orderly condition in compliance with the company Food Safety standards

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them Gather and empty trash Maintaining the floors in the warehouse by use of mechanical or automation methods: power scrubbers and or mop Clean and maintain the floors inside and outside the freezers, coolers and dry warehouse Clean and maintain all racks (including freezer and coolers) and flooring, keeping free of debris, insects and Pest Clean and maintain the warehouse ramps, keeping free of debris, insect Service, clean, supply restrooms and hand sink fixtures

Competencies

Clean and maintain the light fixtures, walls, ceiling, battery room and pallet inverter

• Maintain, clean and check the power equipment for chemicals, wheels and battery fluid

• Dust pallets of bags and keep free of debris
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to pass a drug screen
• Be able to work in various environments (cold/hot temperatures)
• Be able to work Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
• Keep white lines unblocked and clean of debris
• COSTA SOLUTIONS offers weekly pay (every Friday).

$17.00 per hour start time 8am-until finished

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those what must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. This position frequently requires standing; walk; and stoop, kneel crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit, climb and balance. Must be physically capable of constantly lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position includes close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Education & Experience

1. High school diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience, preferred

2. Previous working experience as a warehouse worker, preferred

3. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods or the ability to

learn processes and procedures
