Job Summary:
Maintain inventory accuracy consistent with company standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain inventory accuracy consistent with company standards.
- Conduct inventory audits using WMS.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Report findings to appropriate personnel.
- Communicate material issues to Management.
- Perform clerical duties, such as typing, data entry, proofreading, etc.
- Works safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and/or experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement processes and standards.
- Strong planning and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate and handle multiple priorities within deadlines and take initiative to produce results with minimal supervision.
- PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
