We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for handling accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods while maintaining organized inventory and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Shipping & Receiving: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders in a timely manner.
· Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, track product movement, and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
· Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately according to company standards and customer requirements.
· Documentation: Complete and maintain shipping/receiving logs, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
· Warehouse Organization: Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and properly stocked to ensure efficiency and safety.
· Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as required and certified).
· Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, logistics teams, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
· Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
Basic Qualifications
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
Skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Strong organizational skills
Physical Demands
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
· Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
· Ability to climb ladders and access elevated storage areas
· Manual dexterity for handling inventory and packaging materials
· Ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed

Schedule
· 8- or 10-hour shifts
