CDL A Truck Driver at GAATCO – Elgin, Illinois

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated 3M account based out of Aberdeen, SD, offering high miles, consistent freight, and strong weekly pay.

• Home Time: 2 weeks out, 2–3 days home
• Miles: 2,500 – 2,700 per week
• Running Midwest & surrounding states (consistent lanes)

• $0.67 CPM (new hires)
• $0.68 CPM after 12 months
• Average annual pay: $90,000

Additional Pay:

• Drop & Hook: $20.50
• Stop Pay: $29.00
• Delay Pay: $20.00
• Hourly rate (non-driving): $18.00

• 90% drop & hook (minimal touch)
• Some live load/unload on backhauls
• 53’ dry van
• 2022+ Kenworth T680 & Freightliner Cascadia (automatic)

• $500 Sign-On Bonus (paid on 2nd paycheck)
• $3,000 Referral Bonus

• Minimum 6 months recent CDL-A experience
• Hazmat required within 120 days (company reimburses)
• Must be comfortable with winter driving
• Must be able to run days, nights, and evenings

• Pets and riders allowed
