We are seeking a motivated and passionate Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys leading the staff and providing our members with excellent dining experiences.
The Banquet Manager oversees all aspects of banquet and special event operations, ensuring smooth execution, exceptional service, and member and guest satisfaction. As a key leader within the Food & Beverage team, the Banquet Manager works closely with the Clubhouse Manager, Executive Chef, Catering Director, and other department leaders to ensure successful and efficient events.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all banquet and special event operations, ensuring smooth execution, exceptional service standards, and high member and guest satisfaction
- Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet events, including staffing requirements, service flow, timelines, and room setups
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, banquet staff, and club leadership to ensure all event expectations are met
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise banquet staff, including banquet captains, servers, bartenders, setup, and support staff
- Lead pre-function meetings, assign service stations, and coordinate the timing of all courses and service elements
- Serve as on-site event leader and Manager on Duty during assigned functions, addressing issues promptly and professionally
- Greet members and guests, act as Head Waiter for special functions when needed, and handle member and guest concerns
- Ensure all events are properly staffed in accordance with approved staffing ratios
- Maintain accurate inventory of banquet equipment, supplies, and service items; oversee purchasing and receiving procedures
- Ensure accurate billing of banquet events and timely submission of charges to the accounting department
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations
- Regularly inspect banquet service areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, organization, and equipment readiness
- Participate in staff training, professional development, and scheduled management meetings
- Assume Closing Manager responsibilities when assigned

- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Hospitality or Business Management major preferred
- Two or more years of related experience preferred
- Private club or hospitality industry experience with management/supervisory experience
