- Own and deliver recurring sales performance reporting, including daily and monthly dashboards that support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by auditing reporting systems, identifying gaps, and resolving inconsistencies in sales and operational data.
- Analyze sales performance metrics such as pipeline health, quota attainment, retention signals, and revenue trends.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, clarity, and execution speed.
- Support the design and optimization of revenue workflows, including automation and standardization of reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, providing structured analysis and insights for decision support.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights tailored to different business audiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, or a related data-driven role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience working with sales performance metrics and operational KPIs in a SaaS or similar business model.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models, analyze datasets, and create structured reporting outputs.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and workflow processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets into clear recommendations.
- Ability to document processes clearly, identify inefficiencies, and propose scalable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities and high data complexity.
