Job Description
A Customer Service Representative serves as a key customer contact and consultant. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing our general company email inbox, quoting and fulfilling orders for our skid steer and excavator attachments and services based on customer needs. Knowledge of products is important for quick and accurate follow-up and service. The customer service representative will work closely with the sales team and interacts daily with authorized Virnig dealers as well as end-users of the product. It’s a great job for an ambitious professional who has an interest in our industry and can build relationships and provide outstanding customer service.

Pay Range: $20.50 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Daily support of the sales team by answering phones and managing our general email inbox.
- Generate customer quotes, accurately enter attachment and parts orders via email and phone, etc.
- Manage the process and flow of website and call-in leads.
- Contact dealers regarding quote requests received from the Virnig website.
- Maintains product knowledge on current products and participates in sales and developmental training.
- Be cooperative, positive, and respectful with customers, supervisors and co-workers.
- Inform supervisor of any concerns that may arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, AA or other college experience helpful and desired.
- One year of sales or administrative experience with customer service conducted primarily over the phone preferred.
- Microsoft Office software skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience desired.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, and working on a computer.
- Ability to move about between offices and attend meetings which may include ascending or descending stairs.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of materials or equipment weighing up to 15 pounds.
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone using the English language.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment such as a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, copier, and printer with precision and efficiency.
