REGISTERED/CERTIFIED CLINICAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT--OB/GYN in Bowling Green, Kentucky at Graves Gilbert Clinic

• Greeting patients;
• Telephone interactions with ancillary services and outside facilities;
• Scheduling;
• Pre-certifications/pre-authorizations;
• Rooming patients;
• Obtaining patient vitals and histories;
• EMR documentation (must be a REGISTERED or CERTIFIED Medical Assistant);
• Assisting physician/provider with exams;
• Monitoring, cleaning, and stocking patient exam rooms;
• Other duties as assigned or necessary.

• Must have Clinical Medical Assisting certification (R.M.A. or C.C.M.A.) credentials or other qualifying certification;
• Previous medical office experience is required;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver quality patient care;
• Experience with electronic medical records/proficient computer skills;
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with flexibility;
• Positive attitude and approach;
• Highly organized;
• As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN regulations and maintain associated workplace trainings.
