Kitchen Leader / Lead Cook – High-Performance Role (No Hand-Holding)
Location: Easton, PA
Company: Don Juan Mex Grill
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18-$20/hour (earned, not given) + performance bonuses

What You’re Responsible For
Running the kitchen during your shift — speed, quality, and control
Leading the line and holding the team accountable
Ensuring every plate meets standards (no shortcuts)
Training new hires the right way (not the easy way)
Keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized at all times
Managing prep, inventory, and minimizing waste
Fixing problems in real-time — not passing them off
Non-Negotiables
Show up on time. Every shift.
Move with urgency — especially under pressure
Maintain high standards even when it’s busy
Communicate clearly and directly
Take ownership — no excuses
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years in a high-volume kitchen
Proven experience leading or running a line
Ability to handle rushes without losing control
Strong work ethic and accountability
Reliable transportation (this is not optional)
