This role provides a unique opportunity to drive high-impact talent acquisition in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. As a Senior Talent Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruiting across multiple teams, including Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Operations. You will source, screen, and engage top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance. The role requires precision, organization, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy startup setting. You will leverage data to optimize pipelines, support process improvements, and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team. The Senior Talent Recruiter will lead strategic recruiting initiatives while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience:
- Conduct structured recruiter screens (approximately 20–25 per week) across multiple disciplines.
- Source top-quality candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify gaps and implement actionable plans with hiring managers.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines with timely communication and accurate tracking.
- Lead offer negotiations, prepare and extend offer letters, and guide candidates through the closing process.
- Partner cross-functionally with People Operations and hiring teams to refine recruiting processes and drive efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience, organizational acumen, and excellent communication skills:
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or agency environment.
- Experience hiring for roles across Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches with minimal guidance and high ownership.
- Skilled in running structured screens and presenting candidates with clear, concise summaries.
- Proficiency in ATS reporting (Ashby preferred) and using data to assess pipeline health and create action plans.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at driving alignment across teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage candidate relationships with speed and care.
- Strong judgment, urgency, and bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
