As the Lead Porter, you aren’t just moving cars—you are managing the workflow. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure the lot is organized and every vehicle is cleaned and prepped for delivery under tight deadlines.

• Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and readiness before customer delivery.
• Lot Management: Coordinate the movement of inventory to maintain a professional and accessible lot.

• Porter Experience Required: Must have previous experience in a dealership or professional automotive cleaning setting.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team or manage workflow effectively.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate various vehicle types is a must.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet and move quickly throughout the shift.
