Logistics Manager (Hourly) in Franklin, Tennessee at E + Rose

We're looking for an organized, passionate Logistics Manager to help oversee our delivery drivers, routing, and overall logistics operations across our network of 12 cafes.

The Logistics Managerwill beresponsible for overseeing the timely and efficient packing, unloading, anddelivery of all prepared fresh food, juices, and retail items to our Nashville and Atlantastores. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail in ensuring all items are delivered correctly, and the ability to work early and late mornings.Please note: our hours are 5:00 AM- 1:00 PM with Sundays off!

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery:
  • Oversee and deliver all prepared fresh food, juices, and retail items to designated Nashville stores according to the daily delivery schedule.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all products to each store.
• Loading/Unloading:
  • Efficiently lead the team of delivery drivers withloading and unloading all products and coolers into delivery vans and store locations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vans.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service to store personnel.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Address any delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Record Keeping:
  • Accurately record all shipments, deliveries, and invoices using the designated company system.
  • Maintain detailed delivery records and logs.
• Safety & Compliance:
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly, complying with all traffic laws.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
