You’ll join a high-performing team in Alpharetta, working onsite 5 days a week and directly influencing how we assess and hire top talent, with the chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies every day.

What You’ll Do

• Manage candidates through the interview process from initial screen to offer
• Conduct structured interviews using an attribute-based evaluation framework
• Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and hiring decisions
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows, communication, and evaluation
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience
• Help refine and improve hiring processes over time

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in recruiting, coordination, or related work
• Experience or exposure to interviewing or candidate evaluation
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve workflows
• Evidence of self-initiated projects, process improvements, or ownership of work
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting technical or early-career hiring
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools
• Built or improved recruiting processes or workflows
