About This Position

Job Summary: Responsible for the operations, planning, and management of Treasury Services, Cash Handling, and Accounts Payable. Oversees cash management and manages banking relationships to optimize banking services and operations. Provides day-to-day leadership for the team by fostering open communication, teamwork, staff development, and performance management. Drives process improvement and automation within the ERP environment. In collaboration with the Director of Corporate Accounting, ensures compliance with GAAP, GASB rules and standards, and internal and external reporting requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with a major in Finance or Accounting required. At least five years of progressive, relevant accounting experience required, preferably in a health care setting. At least two years management experience required. Thorough knowledge of accounting techniques & principles (GAAP), GASB rules and standards, and accounts payable systems required.
