COMPENSATION PAY PLAN

• $28/flat rate hour with 38-hour guarantee

If so, Hall Automotive has just what you are looking for! We are seeking skilled Automotive Collision Repair Technicians who are team players with a great work ethic and a get-it-done attitude.

This position will require you to perform collision repairs, restoration and modifications, and weather damage, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform work specified on the repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Conduct auto body repairs (interior and exterior) including painting, welding, etc.
• Assemble and disassemble parts as needed
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Communicate with Service Advisor so customers are informed if any additional services or repairs are needed - provide an estimate of time needed for such services or repairs

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred)
• Dexterity - requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Basic computer competencies
• Ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Ability to adapt to recent/new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
