About the role
We’re expanding our Data Science & Analytics team and looking for a Data Analyst to support our Growth team. You’ll work closely with teams across Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, Social Media, Compliance, and more to develop dashboards, build robust data models, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth. We are looking for people passionate about turning data into meaningful stories, thrive in a startup environment, and want to have a real impact.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Omni (Looker) to track KPIs and performance for growth initiatives.
• Design, build, and optimize SQL-based data models on our GCP infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (acquisition, engagement, retention, compliance, social media) to define metrics, measurement frameworks, and reporting needs.
• Partner with Data Science to explore deeper insights, test hypotheses, and improve growth strategies.
• Ensure data is consistently accurate, reliable, and delivered in a clear, actionable format.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and analytics processes.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience querying and transforming large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards in Omni (Looker) or similar BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a passion for helping teams make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced English level
• These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Background working in GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, etc.).
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with growth marketing metrics (acquisition funnels, retention cohorts, engagement KPIs).
