About Us:

Riggs Tree Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Clearance Bucket Foreperson with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to oversee our field operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of line clearance crews
Ensure safe and efficient completion of projects
Plan and schedule work assignments
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
Order and manage equipment and supplies
Train and develop crew members
Operate heavy equipment, including bucket trucks
Communicate effectively with clients, landowners, and utility companies

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Clearance Bucket Foreperson or similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of line clearance techniques and equipment
Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and specifications
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
