Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5pm - 9pm

Job Summary

Trust Consulting Services is looking to hire a part-time Porter to support Louis Goldstein District Courthouse located in Towson, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Strip and wax floors on multiple levels
• Be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, public areas, etc.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks daily
• Tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets
• Restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning windows and restrooms
• Removing trash
• Dusting

Minimum Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience

• Must have 6 months of experience cleaning, stripping, and waxing floors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to hold a high level of personal integrity and remain focused on the job at hand
• Employees need to be aware of cleaning standards but will also be trained
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Able to follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30lbs, bend, kneel, and twist to perform the necessary cleaning duties as necessary

Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.

Pay Rate

$17.17/hour
