Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Amherst, NY for a Human Resources Coordinator at UBMD Internal Medicine. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting HR operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation. Responsibilities include managing HR communications, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR policies. The role involves working collaboratively with various departments to support the organization's HR objectives.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources operations
2. Experience with Benefits Administration processes and Employee Relations practices
3. Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards
4. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
5. Experience in handling confidential information with professionalism
6. Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 2-3 years related experence.
7. Proficiency in HR software systems is a plus
8. Familiarity with the healthcare sector and its specific HR needs is an advantage
