Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Care Worker/PA to provide essential support to an individual within our Personalisation Matters Division. The care and support will be in the Gentleman's own home. We support the person 24/7. The person has capacity and is Registered Blind and has Diabetes and therefore requires his health care needs to be met. The Gentleman is actively involved in his service and expects person centred care. As a Care Worker/PA, you will play a vital role in assisting and ensuring the well-being of the client and meeting his needs to a high standard.
The person thrives around positive motivated persons keen to help him achieve his goals and person centred plan.
You shall be joining a skilled, supportive and established care team and applications are welcome. Meeting the client for an informal chat shall be a key part of the recruitment process.
