Compensation
Fee-for-Service contractor model Rate: $95–$115 per clinical hour, depending on experience, service type, and caseload.
Perfect for OTs who want to elevate their week with impactful neuro work — and equally perfect for someone ready to grow into a full-time, high-opportunity role as our caseload continues to expand.
We are looking to bring on 1–2 exceptional OTs, ideally one who can commit to ~3 days/week.
Your Impact
✔ Deliver neurological & concussion-focused OT services ✔ Lead and mentor — elevate fellow OTs and support UBC OT students ✔ Integrate advanced neuro-rehab technologies (training provided) ✔ Collaborate with a vibrant, brains-first interdisciplinary team ✔ Provide care both in-clinic and in the community as needed

What You Bring
- Registered OT in good standing (CHCPBC)
- Experience in neuro, concussion, and/or mental health
- Strong documentation & communication skills
- A passion for mentorship, growth, and elevating the profession
Bonus: ICBC/WSBC/ECAT experience, FCE or Cognitive FCE experience.
