Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs
- Explain service recommendations and provide accurate estimates of costs and timeframes
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress and any additional needs
- Document all customer interactions and service details accurately in the system
- Upsell additional services when appropriate, based on customer needs and vehicle condition
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and follow-up
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures within the service department
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:- Listen to customers’ and discuss needed service maintenance
- Present multipoint vehicle inspection results to customers.
- Verify warranty, insurance or contract coverage for service
- Calculate and provide customer with an estimate of these expenses for needed services
- Explain process to clients so they understand what to expect and with their automobile service
- Record information gathered from each visit in appropriate database
- Draft order for repair with all information that has been gathered outlined clearly
- Work with supervisors, Technicians and the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution for clients.
