Event Bartender

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced bartenders who thrive in an event-driven environment and are passionate about providing excellent service to guests. Our ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines, along with a friendly and engaging personality.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Greet event guests warmly and provide exceptional service

Set up and breakdown bar stations for events, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests at the bar and event tables

Check identification to ensure guests are of legal drinking age

Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event

Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Engage with guests, answer questions, and make drink recommendations

Comply with all food and beverage regulations and health and safety standards

Adapt to different event settings and guest preferences

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in an event setting

Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a standing position and walk for long periods of time.
• Servers will regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
