How you will make an impact:
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our skilled nursing community. In this role, you will perform general maintenance and repair services, respond promptly to emergencies, and assist with preventative maintenance and safety procedures, including fire drills and ensuring adequate lighting and water supply. You will also help maintain documentation, participate in surveys, and adhere to safety regulations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment are essential for this position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
What you will need:
- 2+ years of direct maintenance experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
