MAYOCLINICAL QHSC, LLC is a healthcare and clinical research consulting firm providing comprehensive support to CROs, Sponsors, and Biotech companies. We are currently expanding our network of skilled professionals to support upcoming and ongoing clinical trials across the U.S.

We are seeking experienced Contract Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to support Phase I-IV clinical trials. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with competitive hourly rates and flexible project-based assignments. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and a proven ability to manage multiple clinical sites with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits

• Ensure site compliance with study protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements

• Perform source data verification (SDV) and ensure data accuracy and completeness

• Identify and resolve site issues in collaboration with sponsors and site personnel

• Prepare and submit monitoring visit reports in a timely manner

• Maintain regular communication with site staff and sponsor contacts

• Assist with site start-up activities and regulatory document collection as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CRA in industry-sponsored clinical trials

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required

• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical research processes

• Ability to travel up to 60% (varies by project)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Access to secure internet and a reliable computer
