Evolve Living is a multifamily management company founded in 2024. Evolve Living is poised for significant growth and is looking for a Community Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a positive living environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.

- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the benefits of living in our
community.

-Support and train staff and encourage staff growth.

- Handle leasing inquiries, process applications, and assist with lease signings.

- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.

- Collect rent payments and maintain accurate resident records.

- Address resident concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

- Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations.

- Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure
prompt resolution.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.

- Conduct market surveys to stay informed about local rental market trends.

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation skills to secure lease agreements and resolve conflicts.

- Sales experience is a huge plus.

- Proficiency in Entrata.

- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and documentation.

- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to property management.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
