DEFINITION OF POSITION

The nursing assistant director is a licensed registered nurse that is involved in the supervision of the clinical team and duties as assigned by the Director to manage the clinical team and operations of the unit/dept.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional

Current license to practice in area of registered nurse in North Carolina.

Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred

Current BLS Healthcare Provider.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in nursing with progressive clinical leadership experience
