Health Center, Inc., seeks a qualified professional to join our team.
The Chief Technology Officer will provide leadership and is responsible for analyzing, architecting, implementing, and supporting the management, monitoring, & maintenance of our organization’s IT infrastructure, including M365 SaaS, Azure and AWS IaaS, the integration with on premises servers, software, and desktop systems across locations in the United States. These locations include corporate offices, datacenters, and health centers owned and/or managed by our organization. The Cloud Infrastructure team ensures that this critical infrastructure is secure, highly available, right sized, and compliant with all regulatory guidelines by which we are governed. The Microsoft Cloud Engineer is also responsible for all aspects of M365 applications and services deployed, including but not limited to M365 Office, Teams, Power Platforms, and SharePoint, which includes the monitoring and support of the overall service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee complex migration initiatives, including on-premises to cloud and cloud-to-cloud transitions
- Microsoft 365 design and configuration to align closely with the IT Operations & Security teams
- Manage Cloud Operations (CloudOps) on Azure and AWS, optimizing resource utilization, cost efficiency, and security
- Continue to advance the state of the monitoring and alerting systems
- Oversee high-performance database systems and data platforms like SQL Aa A Service
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvement strategies
- Ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST).
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining scalability
- Lead incident response and resolution for critical production issues
- Drive cloud security automation to enforce policies and mitigate human error risks.
- Oversee cloud vulnerability management programs, ensuring proactive identification, prioritization, and remediation of security risks.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle
- Partner with security, compliance, and architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
- Provide leadership for the maintenance of the companywide Disaster Recovery Plan
- Analyze and ensure proper monitoring solutions are in place that will notify and alert the teams of potential issues that could impact the availability and functionality of critical systems and applications
- Provide a strategic vision and roadmap to analyze and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance the IT environment to serve strategic and tactical business objectives
- Provide leadership to the team to develop and maintain proper processes, procedures, security, and system documentation according to best practices and regulatory requirements
- Supporting the provision of Power Platform environments, working closely with the application support team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience architecting, designing, implementing, administering, and supporting M365 Cloud environment, as well as Microsoft directory services and messaging platforms in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of experience architecting, designing, implementing, administering, and supporting Microsoft Azure Cloud environment
- 2+ years of leadership experience as a VP of Infrastructure or similar title for enterprise organizations.
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect - Expert certification is desired.
- Microsoft 365 Administrator - Expert certification is desired.
- ITIL V4 certification is desired.

- Azure SSO Federation/Integration, SCIM automated user provisioning
- Multi-Factor Authentication and conditional access policies
- M365 Cloud license management
- SSL certificate management
- Cloud technologies: Azure, AWS, Google
- Office Applications: Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and integration points with SharePoint Online
- CLI and scripting skills (PowerShell, python, etc.)
- Networking concepts (i.e., Firewalls, VLANs, IP subnetting, IP routing, VPN, etc.)
- Email authentication/verification methods (SPF, DMARC, DKIM)
- Encryption technologies (i.e. SSL, TLS, HTTPS, SSH, etc.)
- Exceptional team leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong track record of driving organizational change and digital transformation
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
- Demonstrated problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience managing relationships with major cloud providers
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Occasional travel to Health Centers and other locations as needed.
- WORKING CONDITIONS:

Salary Range: $130,800.00 To $196,200.00 Annually
