Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

• Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license
• Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
• Sales and or Customer Service Experience (preferred)
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start
