Job Description

We are seeking a Workforce Coordinator to play a critical role in managing and optimizing our company’s talent resources. This position will oversee workforce data management, strategic planning, and resume accuracy to ensure alignment with business growth objectives. The Workforce Coordinator will work closely with HR, Training, Recruiting, and Business Unit leaders to identify skill gaps, maintain employee qualifications, and support proposal efforts with competitive staffing strategies. Responsibilities

Workforce Data Management and Strategic Planning:

  • The Workforce Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a detailed understanding of the workforce’s skills, qualifications, certifications, and security clearances to ensure alignment with company growth objectives. By analyzing the growth pipeline and future opportunities, this position will partner with HR, Training, and Recruiting teams to address skill gaps through targeted training programs, certifications, recruitment efforts, and strategic workforce planning. The Workforce Coordinator will report status of workforce planning on a periodic basis to CEO.

Employee Resume Management:

  • The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that resumes and associated data for all active operational employees (those within Business Units) are accurate and up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, work experience, education, training, certifications, security clearances, compensation, position titles, and skills. The Workforce Coordinator will lead or participate in interviews with company staff to understand and capture a comprehensive employee profile. The Workforce Coordinator will report status of resume management on a periodic basis to CEO.

Employee Qualification Database Oversight:

  • Working with supervisors across Business Units, the Workforce Coordinator will oversee updates to the corporate resume repository (“Resume Database”), currently stored our corporate HRIS. Effective immediately, employees must update their resume information at least twice annually. Additionally, the Workforce Coordinator will ensure updates to reflect new training, certifications, or security clearances are completed within defined timelines.

Future Candidate Database:

  • The Workforce Coordinator will maintain a database of high-potential candidates to support ongoing proposal efforts. These candidates will not be contacted for recruitment without express authorization and coordination with the recruiting department.

Proposal Support:

  • The Workforce Coordinator will lead staffing plans for RFPs and develop competitive Workforce plans, labor category strategies, and custom-written resumes as requested by Contracts, Growth, or Operations. The Workforce Coordinator will work closely with Contracts, Growth, and Operations to support or lead pricing during proposal development.

Compliance:

  • The Workforce Coordinator must adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies while performing their duties.

Requirements

  • Workforce Planning & Data Management:

    • 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, talent management, HR operations, or a related field.
    • Experience analyzing workforce data, tracking employee qualifications, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Resume & Qualification Management:

    • Experience maintaining and updating employee records, including resumes, certifications, and security clearances.
    • Ability to conduct employee interviews to capture comprehensive profiles of skills and experience.
  • Strategic Talent Planning & Recruitment Support:

    • Experience collaborating with HR, Recruiting, and Training teams to address skill gaps through targeted initiatives.
    • Understanding of workforce pipeline development and maintaining a high-potential candidate database.
  • Proposal & Contract Support:

    • Experience supporting proposal development, including workforce planning, labor category mapping, and pricing strategies.
    • Familiarity with government contracting environments (preferred).
  • Technology & Systems Proficiency:

    • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), resume databases, and applicant tracking systems.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and other workforce analytics platforms.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence:

    • Knowledge of employment regulations, security clearance processes, and data privacy requirements.
    • Ability to manage workforce data with strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance policies.
  • Demonstrate strong writing skills

    Be trusted to handle sensitive personal data and willing sign a privileged access agreement.

    Have experience with competitive proposal pricing and labor category analysis and mapping.

    Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the company.

    Demonstrate strong planning skills.

    Be capable of interacting with senior executives across the company.

    Be willing and able to meet demanding deadlines
