Billing Analyst

As our Billing Analyst, you will assist the team with customer billing, payments and contract management activities and affiliate products.

Responsibilities include:

• Overall management of client accounts including the creation and maintenance of customer billing records

• Address customer billing inquiries and help resolve issues

• Review contract terms to ensure accuracy in billing and Salesforce CPQ data

• Assist with various billing-related reporting, including ad hoc requests

• Assist with month end responsibilities as needed

• Special projects as assigned

Requirements

• College graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Proficient understanding of basic accounting theory (e.g. Accounts Receivable & Revenue)

• Experience with Salesforce a plus

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Customer service focused and solution oriented

• Organized and detail-oriented and accurate

• Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management

• Strong ability to meet deadlines and multi-task within a fast-paced environment

Salary Range:

• Earn up to 46,000 depending on the experience
