Responsibilities

  • Process daily, mail in redemption requests received from 2 step awards in our MIR tool. This will include working with another team member for the QA process.
  • Record customer 2 step awards returned in the mail in the proprietary system of record weekly. This includes sorting the awards by client program, recording them in a spreadsheet, sending new address requests to program coordinators and either sending out with new address or returning the award in the recording system.
  • Assist our Payment Investigation Team as time permits. This includes responding to US Treasury Trace Requests, processing DNE/Reclamations, reviewing documents to release preauthorizations, and processing Hold Harmless/Letter of Indemnity.


Qualifications
  • Students in their junior or senior year are eligible – pursuing a degree in Business or related field
  • Students currently enrolled at Columbus State University expected to graduate in 2027
  • Students work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week year round
  • Ability to commute onsite to our Columbus office
  • 3.0 GPA and above
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Analytical and reconciliation skills
  • PC skills, with knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks and perform well under pressure in a high-volume and changing environment
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Comfortable working both as an individual and on a team with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in an fast-paced environment
  • High energy self-starter with the ability to take initiative
