Job Description

Position Summary:

Valbin Corporation is seeking Role Players for a potential contract supporting the Pentagon Force Protection Agency K9 Unit. Role Players assist in realistic training exercises for law enforcement officers by simulating a range of interactions and environmental variables that a K-9 unit may encounter during real-world operations. This includes passive bystanders, individuals carrying scent-based training aids, and general foot traffic within secured spaces.

Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

As the cornerstone of Valbin's strength, Mission Readiness Support provides government agencies and service members with role players, battlefield immersions, and cultural awareness training. Valbin’s efforts ensure that the U.S. agencies receive the best possible training support.

Requirements:

  • Ability to realistically portray assigned roles.
  • Pass a background check
  • Physically capable of participating in exercises, including carrying scent-based training aids and traversing uneven terrain
  • Adherence to Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • U.S. Citizenship

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act out training scenarios according to provided scripts.
  • Follow all safety regulations and instructions from the training staff.
  • Wear appropriate attire and use props provided by the government.
  • Report to designated locations on time and be prepared for assignments.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to training guidelines.

Hours of Operation: 0700 -1700 Monday-Friday
