Senior Enterprise Operations Specialist

The Senior Enterprise Operations Specialist facilitates enterprise execution by driving operational discipline, performance transparency, and organizational alignment across the company. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role serves as a central integrator, supporting development and tracking of KPIs, facilitating operating rhythms, and coordinating communications tied to strategic initiatives and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management & Reporting
    • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise and program-level KPIs aligned to strategic priorities.
    • Build and manage executive dashboards that provide clear, actionable performance insights.
    • Track action items from executive and operational reviews, ensuring accountability and timely closure.
    • Synthesize operational data into concise summaries for leadership review and decision-making.
  • Operational Cadence & Governance
    • Establish and facilitate with the Chief of Staff recurring operating rhythms including:
      • Operations Reviews
      • Program Reviews
      • Readiness Reviews
    • Develop structured agendas, briefing materials, and decision frameworks.
    • Capture decisions and follow-through items to ensure alignment and execution.
    • Continuously refine governance processes to improve speed, clarity, and accountability.
  • Strategic & Operational Process Development
    • Design and document scalable strategic and operational processes.
    • Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
    • Establish standardized templates and tools to enhance organizational consistency.
  • Organizational Change & Communications
    • Drive organizational change management initiatives including reorganizations, process updates, and strategic transitions.
    • Develop clear, structured communications to ensure transparency and alignment.
    • Partner with HR and Program Directors to craft messaging that drives engagement, reinforces culture, and strengthens accountability.
    • Create communication plans for major milestones, audits, program transitions, or enterprise initiatives.
    • Ensure messaging is consistent across leadership channels and stakeholder groups.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree and 10+ years of experience in operations, business management, program management, or related field
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a fastpaced or crossfunctional environment
  • Background in operational reporting, KPI development, or performance management
  • Exposure to continuous improvement, rootcause analysis, or process optimization work
  • Exceptionally strong written communication skills: clear, concise, structured executive communication.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to orchestrate complex rhythms and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Process design and documentation ability (e.g., SOPs, frameworks, templates)
  • Skilled in distilling complex information into leadership-ready materials
  • Able to manage ambiguity, prioritize, and drive clarity and alignment across teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and natural curiosity
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Salary Range 10: $117,922 - $176,833

* We typically place offers in the lower to middle portion of the range to maintain internal equity and allow room for growth. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individuals qualifications experience. This range is specific to Washington State.
