New Gateways, Inc. is looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a structured day program setting, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections. What We Offer- Monday–Friday daytime schedule (8:00 AM–3:00 PM)

Requirements:- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Comfort assisting with adult total personal care
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
