Role Overview
The Director of Revenue Operations owns and scales the revenue operating system across the Stonegrove platform. This role is responsible for defining how revenue is generated, tracked, and improved across partner companies.

This is not a traditional back-office RevOps position. This leader is accountable for identifying performance gaps, standardizing operating models, and ensuring systems, processes, and field execution align to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

This role requires both strong systems thinking and hands-on partnership with operators to drive adoption and behavior change across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale a standardized revenue operating model across all partner companies
  • Evaluate revenue performance across the full lifecycle from lead through close and job completion
  • Identify breakdowns in the revenue cycle including conversion gaps, process inconsistencies, and missed opportunities
  • Develop and implement solutions that drive measurable improvements in revenue performance
  • Define and maintain the Stonegrove revenue standard, including stages, metrics, and accountability
  • Lead rollout and adoption of revenue systems, workflows, and playbooks across partner companies
  • Partner directly with field leaders to reinforce execution, improve consistency, and drive behavior change
  • Own revenue systems including CRM, marketing attribution, and related tools, ensuring they support real-world field execution
  • Build and maintain practical, actionable playbooks aligned to how revenue is actually generated in the field
  • Establish visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, and key performance drivers across the platform
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leaders to align strategy, systems, and execution
Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 plus years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven ability to diagnose and improve revenue performance across a full sales lifecycle
  • Experience supporting multi-location or distributed teams
  • Strong systems and process design experience with the ability to translate field execution into scalable infrastructure
  • Comfortable influencing without direct authority and driving adoption across partner organizations
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, including direct engagement with field teams
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in roofing, home services, or other field-based sales environments
  • Strong understanding of both retail and storm-based sales models
  • Experience designing systems and processes across multiple sales motions
  • Background working with owner-led or partner-based businesses
  • Experience owning or implementing CRM and revenue systems
