Parking & Access Control Coord at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Summary

Under the Direction of the Manager of Security, directs and assists patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers with Identification Badges, parking assignments and entry to controlled access areas necessary in the performance of their duties. Resolves issues with identification cards as they relate to the payroll and access control systems. Works closely with the Human Resources Department and is responsible for issuing identification cards to all new hires working on the campus of the Parkview Regional Medical Center and all affiliated entities.

Education

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification

Valid Driver’s License is required.

Experience

Previous experience in Customer service required. Must be computer literate with experience working with windows based programs as well as Microsoft Office. Previous experience with computer aided access control is desired.

Other Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills. Will be required to travel between the PRMC and Randallia Campus. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. unassisted.
