RN - Hospice at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Requires a Diploma in Nursing or an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Must provide current RN license by Indiana State Board of Nursing. Must have valid state drivers license reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Must have current CPR certification. Must have one year of experience in a patient care setting such as acute care or nursing home. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds assist with 100 pounds. Demonstrates working knowledge of computer systems. Must demonstrate competency in the delivery of patient care including competency based practice and age specific care.
