Joshua's Pest Control is quickly establishing a reputation as the number one Pest Control Provider for homes and businesses in San Diego and we are excited to find the right people to join our team!
We want to hear from you and how you can help accomplish our mission! ======================================================================Duties & Responsibilities:Be a brand ambassador and provide excellent customer serviceProvide administrative support to the Outside Sales Team.Follow pre-determined scripts to ensure customers understand their service agreements and the services being provided. Update billing information and manage customer data.Schedule appointments and manage service routes.Ensure new customer accounts are serviced by resolving issues and concerns including, but not limited to: service agreement disputes, pricing disputes, service concerns, among other customer concerns.Make notes for all customer/non-customer interactions.Relay positive & negative feedback to management.Provide general administrative support as requested by management.Maintain a clean and orderly workstationPass all phone observations and evaluations Be Punctual & ReliableReport to the office in-person daily
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Entry-Level Position, no experience necessary.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Comfortable navigating Google Workspace Applications (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc).
Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.00 - $19.00
Shift Ranges
Monday-Friday
Tuesday-Saturday
Shift Times Ranging: 7am-9pm
