About the Role
The Junior Account Manager is responsible for contributing to and executing the management and strategic direction of our client driven business, ensuring customer needs are met or exceeded through excellent service, proactive communication, operational delivery, and leadership. Junior Account Managers are responsible for monitoring and proactively managing day-to-day client needs. Expectations further include maintenance of client service levels, on-boarding of new customers, and excellent issue resolution. Junior Account Managers communicate directly with external partners and clients while also driving opportunities to grow client business with management support.
Our Valuations team members are focused on seamless communication between clients, independent field agents, and the Solidifi team. Responsibilities
- Interaction with company clients (banks and mortgage companies) and external business partners
- Support excellent operational performance through pipeline management, approvals, and reporting.
- Ensure consistent and thorough communication and messaging is delivered.
- Proactively monitor valuation orders through our transaction management platforms to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Handle 1st level escalations and ensure issue escalation and/or resolution in a timely manner.
- Support and serve as backup for Account Managers
- Monitor, analyze and report on client usage, performance and make recommendations to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Director of Operations to identify areas of opportunity.
- Support the development and growth of client relationships through strategic plan execution, supported by management.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s or associate’ degree and/or a minimum of 1-2 years progressive business experience
- Experience/knowledge of the mortgage banking, real estate, or appraisal management industry a plus.
- Incredible attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
- Customer service, leadership, sales, and communication abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Competency in basic computer skills and applications; proficiency in MS Excel preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and a drive for excellence
- Caring, understanding and flexible team player
